CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a $50 non-refundable pre-payment deposit at the time of booking your appointment. While your deposit is non-refundable, any appointment rescheduling done with at least 48 hours before scheduled treatment can have deposit transferred to new appointment. Any appointment rescheduling done with less than 48 hours before scheduled treatment will result in forfeit of your deposit and a new $50 deposit will be required to book another appointment. You may reschedule your appointment for any reason if rescheduling is completed within at least 48 prior to your scheduled treatment. In this case, your booking deposit will be applied to your rescheduled appointment time. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment via the link found in the appointment confirmation text message you received at the time of your booking or by calling us at (909) 321-9050. There are no refunds of deposits for appointment cancelation for any reason at any time.
